
Lead Generation Specialist

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Employ diverse lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to engage prospects effectively.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of all lead generation activities using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and facilitate effective follow-up.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and proficiency in utilizing various lead generation tools.
- Strong telemarketing skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets within specified deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in inside sales is a plus, showcasing your ability to drive sales growth from within the organization.
