Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Iloilo City Proper. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, communicating with potential customers, and closing sales. This role involves providing excellent customer service, training new sales team members, and managing sales activities to meet targets and goals. The Sales Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor new team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the call center or BPO industry is a plus
