- We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales efforts by identifying, researching, and engaging qualified leads for our cloud phone and internet services. You\'ll focus on mid-sized Canadian businesses while also supporting our inside sales team targeting small businesses.
- This role does not involve outbound calling , but requires excellent research skills, strong writing, and a confident professional tone for digital outreach. You’ll be using tools like RocketReach, Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to build targeted campaigns and generate leads. You’ll also help strengthen our brand by posting on our LinkedIn page.
- Research and identify qualified leads using RocketReach, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Compose professional emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects
- Initiate digital conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Follow structured outreach cadences and manage lead nurturing workflows
- Maintain and update lead records in HubSpot CRM
- Segment and prioritize leads for the inside and outside sales teams
- Publish brand-aligned content to the company LinkedIn page
- Provide campaign feedback and share insights with the sales team
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outreach coordination
- Excellent written English and a strong professional communication style
- Experience using Apollo.io, RocketReach, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and spreadsheets
- Comfortable with structured outreach cadences and multi-touch engagement
- B2B or telecom experience is a bonus, but not required
- Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable working on-site overnight
