Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Supply Chain, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, legal review, procurement, or compliance Background in healthcare contracts and U.S.-based organizations (preferred) Technical & Process Skills Familiarity with contract lifecycle platforms such as Symplr, Coupa, Workday, or SAP Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Track Changes, redlining), Excel, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Outlook) Strong knowledge of legal language, contract clauses, and healthcare procurement standards Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication in English Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently within EST time zone requirements Your Daily Tasks Contract Lifecycle Management Review new, renewal, and amendment contract workflows to ensure alignment with action types, naming conventions, and documentation standards Verify contract metadata, including effective and expiration dates, descriptions, costs, and budget status in Symplr Upload and version-control supporting documentation (e.g., Word format agreements) Compliance & Legal Review Support Apply redlines and track changes based on the organization's Contract Provisions Playbook Ensure proper usage of legal entity names, payment terms, governing laws, and indemnification clauses Confirm payment terms by cross-referencing supplier data in Workday/ERP systems and apply correct Net terms Workflow Coordination Collaborate with phase owners and internal stakeholders via Symplr, Teams, and email to collect missing information, corrections, or approvals Provide comments and recommendations for next steps, including routing to appropriate Category Managers Decline or return workflows when necessary to maintain data integrity and ensure audit readiness Document Management Download agreements for offline editing and re-upload updated versions with tracked changes Tag updates in Symplr with clear explanations and @mentions to notify stakeholders Process Improvement Identify areas to reduce turnaround time and rework through SOP enhancementsPartner with onshore teams to align offshore operations with strategic sourcing and compliance frameworks About the Client A Legacy of Healing, Innovation, and Excellence Our client has been shaping the future of healthcare since 1824-uniting patient care, research, and education under one mission-driven enterprise.
