Job Description As a Controller , you'll manage end-to-end audit coordination, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Industry experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing (REQUIRED). Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and audit workflows. Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Hands‑on and detail‑oriented with a proactive communication style. Experience drafting or reviewing financial statement footnotes and disclosures. Your Daily Tasks Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and Big 4 auditors. Manage and coordinate all audit-related deliverables and communications. Oversee delivery of PBC (Prepared By Client) lists and audit documentation. Assign and track audit tasks across internal accounting, legal counsel, HR, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Provide technical accounting oversight to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
