Ability to design, implement, coordinate, and conduct training programs in a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with an engaging demeanor that enhances learning. Articulate, energetic, upbeat, and inspirational with the ability to engage audiences through multiple delivery methods. Strong organizational, planning, project‑management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills. Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Expert in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing effectively. Daily Tasks Conduct needs assessments to determine training and/or performance solutions. Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs. Develop, design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs including Instructor‑Led, Self‑Guided, and Web‑Based Learning. Continuously design and enhance training programs to ensure organizational alignment and relevance. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Create and maintain project plans, manuals, training environments, and job aids to support training execution. Manage and record development programs and participants within the Learning Management System and supporting platforms. Stay updated on new training methodologies and industry best practices. Coach subject matter experts on training best practices, materials, and delivery methods. Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues and departments.
