Overview We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Media Buying Specialist to lead and optimize high‑budget campaigns across major digital platforms including Facebook, Google, Twitter (X), and TikTok. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving ROI through performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage large‑scale paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter (X), and TikTok Ads. Develop full‑funnel digital marketing strategies to meet customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness goals. Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and reduce CPA. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and pacing across platforms. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align ad creatives and messaging with campaign objectives. Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Produce detailed campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing high‑budget paid campaigns (6‑7 figures annually). Deep platform knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Twitter/X Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other attribution platforms. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in fast‑paced environments (e.g., startups, agencies, or growth‑stage companies). Familiarity with third‑party ad management and tracking tools (e.g., Smartly.io, Segment, HubSpot, etc.). Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Academy is a plus.
