Customer Support Specialist I (Collections)

Job description for PartnerHero and Crescendo collaboration; role focuses on customer support in collections, with omnichannel communication, hybrid work setup in Manila (Cubao or Taguig).

What You’ll Do
  • Data Entry + Invoice Creation: transcribe data to create customer invoices
  • Invoicing: ensure carrier invoices are submitted correctly to brokers
  • Verify Rates: call brokers to confirm key load details prior to invoicing
  • New Broker Payment Setup: communicate with brokers to understand their invoicing process and ensure correct payment setup
  • Collect on Past Due Invoices: contact brokers by phone and email to collect overdue payments
  • Record Keeping: maintain accurate records and follow documented processes
  • Broker Communication: answer brokers’ questions about invoices and documents to ensure prompt payment

  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • Prior accounting or collections experience
