The role will require working with cross‑functional teams to ensure that they are ready and enabled to adopt the changes, while minimizing impact to business and operations to achieve business objectives. This involves end‑to‑end change management: Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders. Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process and technology. Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change. Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented. Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change. Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the change process. Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data. Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and is ready to accept them. Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations. Displays Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex changes to various stakeholders. Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influencing stakeholders to embrace change while building relationships. Problem solving and critical thinking: Proactive in identifying issues and risk, and ability to develop mitigations to address obstacles to launch readiness. Project Management skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Collaboration and teamwork: Ability to collaborate across multiple functions to achieve business outcomes. Delivers Successful launches: Ensure seamless transitions and maximize outcomes for every capability, service and product launches, with minimal disruption and a high level of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Stakeholder Readiness: Deliver measurable improvements in stakeholder readiness with the execution of the change management plan. Adoption and Engagement: Achieve high levels of employee adoption and engagement with the new processes, systems, or technologies introduced at launch, ensuring a positive impact. Risk Mitigation: Minimize launch‑related risks through proactive risk management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early, leading to smooth transition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus. Master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches. Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and working with senior leadership. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
