Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
  • Assist the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project.
  • Track implementation progress and reporting back to management.
  • Collaborate with management to gather and analyze operational information.
  • Evaluate cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes.

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
  • Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
