About the Role

As a Change Management Consultant in our Talent & Organization practice , you’ll partner with clients to design, plan, and implement organizational change strategies. You’ll guide stakeholders through business, cultural, and technology-driven transformations—helping them become more agile and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover stakeholder challenges and expectations.
  • Define and implement change management strategies for transformational programs.
  • Conduct change impact analysis and design treatment plans.
  • Support change adoption through communications, training, and measurement.
  • Leverage digital tools and cloud platforms in change and engagement initiatives.
  • Run stakeholder alignment sessions and co-create solutions.
  • Contribute to practice-building through recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Qualifications

Consultant (5+ years):

  • 5+ years consulting experience in change management (stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, org design, digital communication, training, readiness).
  • Strong data interpretation and use of digital tools (e.g., cloud HR, immersive learning).
  • Stakeholder management in multicultural/global environments.

Manager/Senior Manager (8+ years):

  • 8+ years leading large-scale change programs (tech-driven, culture/behavior change, automation, cybersecurity).
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud system implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to articulate business value and manage complex stakeholders.
  • Openness to cross-country relocation.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, Shared Services setups.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital change tools and advanced analytics.
