About the Role As the Change Management Lead , you’ll oversee end-to-end change management across infrastructure initiatives, ensuring every implementation is executed flawlessly and risk‑free. You’ll partner closely with business and technology teams, coordinate CAB activities, and maintain strong governance standards. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end Change Management process for infrastructure projects. Manage and coordinate all IT change activities across multiple teams. Lead and make key decisions as part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) . Handle escalations promptly and effectively. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Utilize tools such as Jira for change tracking and reporting. Must-Have Qualifications 15–20 years of total experience, with at least 15 years in Change Management for infrastructure projects in the banking domain . Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL . Proven experience in CAB participation and decision‑making . Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands‑on experience with change tracking tools (e.g., Jira) . Good‑to‑Have ITIL Certification or equivalent process management qualification.
