Job Summary We are looking for a Business Application Lead to manage and optimize our SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. This role will oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations, provide system expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant sales processes in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end SD processes: order capture, pricing, promotions, delivery, billing, and returns. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD functionality, including integration with Salesforce and other systems. Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and oversee testing and deployment of system updates. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce manual work. Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Retail Operations to align system capabilities with business goals. Train and guide business users, create documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements. Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, billing efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Supervise and develop a team of analysts/specialists. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Sales & Distribution). Experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred.
