Hiring for Junior Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment activities, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
  • Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage with candidates and clients with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Use ATS, recruitment tools, and MS Office applications effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and employment best practices.
  • Goal-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
