What You’ll Be Doing Reporting directly to an Australia‑based manager, as Graphic Designer, You'll be part of the Marketing function, contributing to the visual identity and promotion of state‑wide basketball programs, events, and communications. Your responsibilities include: Develop engaging graphics for all digital channels, including social media, websites, and targeted digital advertising campaigns. Create essential marketing collateral like event signage, promotional posters, flyers, and banners for both print and digital use. Design professional presentation decks, reports, and internal/external documents. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all assets maintain strict brand consistency and meet deadlines. Contribute to the creative direction and ongoing evolution of the BQ visual brand. Support affiliated associations by providing necessary branding templates and promotional design materials. What You’ll Bring To thrive in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented approach. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dedicated graphic design role. Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Demonstrated experience designing for both digital and print platforms. Strong understanding of designing for social media asset requirements and best practices. Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively follow creative direction and brand guidelines. Bonus Points For Prior experience in the sports, events, or entertainment industry is desirable. Strong skills and familiarity with Canva.
