Company: Promofect | Rate: $5 to $10 | Work Type: Remote, Full-time | (Application is at the end of this JD) Overview We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Administrative Order & Process Manager to support our growing operations. This role will focus on managing orders, assisting with sourcing promotional items, preparing presentations, and providing flexible support to the team. The ideal candidate will also contribute to overall process improvement while supporting the PH Team Lead with management and handling tasks. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage order processing from start to completion. Source promotional items, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate procurement. Create clear, professional presentations for client and internal use. Support the PH Team Lead with administrative coordination and support. Provide proactive support for business operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Maintain accurate records, track progress, and report updates to management. Contribute to other administrative tasks as needed, with responsibilities that may shift over time in response to company priorities. Qualifications & Skills Background in Customer Service (CSR) and General Virtual Assistance (VA). At least 1 year of experience in the printing/promotional products industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Neutral accent with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of tools is not required, but experience with similar platforms (e.g., Printavo, InkSoft) is an advantage. How to Apply?
