Overview DKSH Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Regional Order Management to lead, regionalize and scale our order management operations. This is a Group-level role with high visibility, offering the opportunity to shape the function from the ground up, influence cross-market practices, and build the team as the function potentially grow in the future. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in setting up and operationalizing order processing centers—including designing processes, implementing systems, establishing standards, and building high-performing teams. Responsibilities Order Processing Operations Oversee end-to-end order processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the region. Monitor KPIs and service levels and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service and external stakeholders. Center Setup & Optimization Spearhead the setup of the centralized, regional order processing center, including: Designing and documenting workflows and SOPs. Selecting and implementing order management systems/tools. Recruiting and onboarding team members. Establishing governance, controls, and quality standards. Being accountable for KPIs showing cost-effectiveness and order processing efficiency. Process Improvement & Systems Integration Identify and drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate systems and automate workflows. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Leadership & Team Management Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 order processing specialists. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. Manage and support internal stakeholders and communication channels to deliver best in class order processing capabilities. Set clear performance goals and key success metrics and conduct regular reviews. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in order processing or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in a regional role. Demonstrated success in starting up and scaling order processing functions in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and order management platforms. Knowledge of CRM or Service Management Tools is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
