Overview
We\'re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage invoice entry, filing, and general financial tasks using QuickBooks and the Logic tool . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments and enjoys maintaining clean, accurate financial records.
Responsibilities- Enter and file invoices with precision and timeliness
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks
- Utilize Logic tool for invoice tracking, reporting, and workflow management
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and expense categorization
- Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports
- Support audits and compliance documentation as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Familiarity with Logic tool or similar financial workflow platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
