Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (required). Proven experience in financial planning or advisory services. Active licenses (Series 7, Series 66, CFP, or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction) preferred. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in an understandable manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High ethical standards and adherence to regulatory compliance. Sales-driven with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
