About the role This is an excellent opportunity to join iDirect Finance Company Inc. as a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this full-time role will be based in our Pasay City Metro Manila office. As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to the overall financial strategy. What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making processes Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor financial plans and objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial controls Manage the company's tax compliance and work with external auditors Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment What we're looking for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar finance management role Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Proven track record of implementing financial controls and process improvements Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the Accounting industry is preferred About us iDirect Finance Company Inc. is a leading provider of financial services, offering a wide range of products and solutions to our clients.
