Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant license is required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of solid experience in General Accounting
  • Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
Responsibilities
  • Implement finance and accounting internal controls and procedures.
  • Supervise and ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-oriented billing and collection process.
  • Maintain updated and accurate financial records; provide timely and relevant financial reports.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of financial standing of handled property; demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communications.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to BIR and other government agencies regulations.
  • Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts.
  • Implement collection policy and ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and timely, accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:** Balance Sheet; Cash Position and Cash Flow; Accounts Receivable Aging; Collection Efficiency; other related reports as required.
  • Update Audited Financial Statements and ensure 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agency requirements within deadlines (Income Tax Returns, VAT Returns, Withholding Tax Returns).
  • Assist in preparation and review of annual budget; manage handled property expenses in compliance with procurement and disbursement processes.
