Overview Finance Manager (CPA) based in SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines. Job Title Finance Manager (CPA) Qualifications Certified Public Accountant license is required Minimum of seven (7) years of solid experience in General Accounting Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Responsibilities Implement finance and accounting internal controls and procedures. Supervise and ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-oriented billing and collection process. Maintain updated and accurate financial records; provide timely and relevant financial reports. Ensure continuous improvement of financial standing of handled property; demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communications. Ensure 100% compliance to BIR and other government agencies regulations. Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts. Implement collection policy and ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and timely, accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:** Balance Sheet; Cash Position and Cash Flow; Accounts Receivable Aging; Collection Efficiency; other related reports as required. Update Audited Financial Statements and ensure 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agency requirements within deadlines (Income Tax Returns, VAT Returns, Withholding Tax Returns). Assist in preparation and review of annual budget; manage handled property expenses in compliance with procurement and disbursement processes.
