What are the Roles and Responsibilities? Build and maintain strong relationships with the Category Business and Technical Sales and Support Group. Design and implement trade marketing campaigns aimed at channel partners based on Business Plan. Identify target markets and tailor trade marketing efforts accordingly. Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing activities. Adjust strategies based on data and feedback to optimize results. Allocate and manage budgets for channel marketing activities. Prepare reports on channel marketing performance, stakeholder engagement, and campaign outcomes for the top management. What are the Qualifications? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Develop and execute channel marketing plans to support partner sales and growth. Experience working with distributors, resellers, or retail partners in the Luzon region.
