Overview
We are seeking a highly-driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, motivating teams, and developing impactful sales strategies.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a high-performing, diversified sales team to ensure the achievement of 100% of sales targets.
Develop and execute effective national sales strategies to expand market presence and meet company goals.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to study the feasibility and cost-benefit of sales plans.
Implement national sales programs by creating and managing detailed field sales action plans.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans through continuous analysis of market trends and sales results.
Maintain professional and technical expertise by staying current with industry publications, attending educational workshops, and participating in professional networks.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in a senior sales management role.
Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar capacity.
Exceptional leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated and knowledgeable in sales processes, market analysis, budgeting, and staffing.
