Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Lead, coach, and manage regional sales managers and field sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs. Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and untapped markets to expand the company’s customer base. Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure product availability and visibility across all consumer touchpoints. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams to ensure effective campaigns and product positioning. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Establish strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders. Drive digital and omnichannel sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between offline and online strategies. Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement sales performance metrics and incentive programs to motivate and retain talent. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. At least 10 years in sales manager or senior sales leadership role. Proven experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop diverse teams. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales operations and consistently exceeding targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
