Job Title: National Sales Manager
Department: Sales and Business Development
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / General Manager
Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager leads the overall sales strategy and execution across the country. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading high-performing sales teams, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. The position requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and a results-driven mindset to ensure the company meets its national sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the national sales plan aligned with business objectives
Forecast sales targets and ensure achievement through strategic planning
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and lead regional or area sales teams across multiple locations
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews
Client & Partner Management
Manage relationships with key accounts and business partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track national sales performance and report on progress against targets
Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis
Recommend improvements in strategy and operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations to support sales initiatives
Align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, pricing models, and service offerings

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 5–7 years experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with national scope
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
Willing to travel across regions as needed.
