Job Description
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and policies
- Restock shelves, maintain visual displays, and organize merchandise
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay informed about inventory levels and report low stock
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Must be a High School or College Graduate or have completed a Vocational Course
- With experience in Sales or Marketing
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Must be physically capable of prolonged standing and walking
