- Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to customize products or solutions based on project specifications.
- Conduct site visits, technical inspections, and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare accurate quotations, project proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Ensure proposals meet both client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and production teams to align sales with technical execution.
- Work closely with logistics and after-sales support to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors’ activities, and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and market positioning.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships for repeat business.
- Document all sales activities, leads, and project progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related field).
- Business or Marketing courses/training is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and conducting product presentations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, project drawings, and technical documentation is a plus.
- Proven track record in technical sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
