Job Description We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with strong pre-sales and client engagement skills to join our growing team. You will play a key role in helping clients understand how Odoo can transform their operations — from running product demos to gathering requirements and coordinating implementations. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging Odoo product demonstrations tailored to client industries and pain points. Collaborate with the sales team to design solution proposals and presentations. Answer technical and functional questions during client calls and discovery sessions. Meet with clients to analyze business processes and identify system requirements. Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and help translate them into developer specifications. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with business goals. Configure and test Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, CRM, etc.). Train end-users and provide post-implementation support. Document workflows, processes, and configurations. Work closely with the sales, project management, and technical teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal pre-sales and implementation practices.
