Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role for an In‑house Property Consultant at Active Land Estate Sales, Inc. The role is located in Lipa City but some work from home is acceptable. The Property Consultant will conduct regular tasks including consulting with clients, assisting customers with property inquiries, facilitating property sales, and providing excellent customer service for the high‑end resort project of the company. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the development of the project and effectively communicating with clients to visit the site to view development and decide to choose the lot of their choice. Commission basis, normally six figures. Qualifications Consulting and Sales skills Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of the Real Estate market Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience in a related field is a plus Knowledgeable in social media marketing and lead generation May require applicant to visit the site for overall assessment of the project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
