Role Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing import, export, and distribution activities to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods. The role requires close coordination with freight forwarders, brokers, and warehouse teams to secure accurate documentation, timely customs clearance, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to achieve timely shipment clearance and delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation.
  • Prepare and validate shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, HS codes, etc.) for customs clearance.
  • Schedule and support warehouse deliveries, ensuring cut-off times and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate filing and organization of import/export and customs-related records.
  • Review invoices from service providers (brokers, forwarders, couriers) before submission for approval and payment.
  • Provide regular shipment updates and visibility reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Support special shipments or projects (e.g., marketing or intercompany orders) as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export operations, or freight forwarding.
  • Good knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Onsite role based in Manila, Philippines.
  • Regular coordination with logistics partners, brokers, and warehouse teams.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet shipment deadlines.
