Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors and transportation companies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track shipments.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage shipping schedules, track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with vendors and clients.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: BSCA graduate.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or as an IMPEX Coordinator.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in logistics software, and ability to coordinate international shipments.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with some fieldwork; may require overtime during peak seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
