Overview
HR Specialist supports the HR Team with day-to-day tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining records, and assisting with employee inquiries. The role ensures HR processes run smoothly and helps maintain a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities- Recruitment: Assist with job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- On boarding: Help with new employee orientation and on boarding paper works.
- Record Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR data bases.
- Employee Support: Address basic employee questions about HR policies and benefits.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR Team.
- Mandatory Benefits: Help process mandatory benefits of the employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Psychology graduate.
- 1+ year of HR Experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
