You’ll serve as the right hand to company leadership, managing everything from financial reporting and candidate screening to social media management and customer relationship oversight. Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 8.2 per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, 1 time lunch Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Conduct professional pre-screening interviews via Zoom for potential candidates before executive-level interviews Manage and enhance social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms with strategic posting and community engagement Perform daily financial reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts using QuickBooks Prepare comprehensive end-of-day reports and strategic daily agendas for executive review Generate detailed profit and loss summaries and financial analysis on a daily basis Create compelling marketing content and manage Business Development Center (BDC) initiatives Take detailed meeting notes during high-level client interactions and strategic sessions Manage recruitment activities on Indeed and other platforms for candidate sourcing Navigate and monitor proprietary custom-built CRM systems for optimal performance Handle advanced administrative tasks using Google Sheets with complex formulas and data analysis Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of execution Provide strategic bookkeeping support including document management and QuickBooks entry Requirements QuickBooks certification or demonstrated advanced proficiency (essential) Must submit a Loom video introduction Proven experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Grok, and similar platforms Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets including advanced formula creation and data manipulation HR experience with candidate screening, interview processes, and talent evaluation Demonstrated flexibility and ability to excel under pressure in fast-paced environments Minimum 5+ years of executive-level or C-suite administrative support experience Proficiency with business software including Slack, Google Suite, CRM systems, and automotive industry tools Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Superior communication skills with ability to represent company brand professionally Self-motivated with ability to identify and complete productive work independently Experience with Dealer Center, Shopmonkey, or similar automotive management systems preferred With health insurance coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
