₱80,000–₱120,000

PacificTSP is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help scale our Baguio site. We want someone who has managed teams of up to 100 FTEs in the past and is ready to bring that experience into a nimble, startup-style environment while creating the structure, standards, and processes that will support our growth.

What you’ll do
  • Establish and implement operational standards, policies, and reporting structures
  • Run daily operations for a growing offshore team
  • Oversee HR, recruitment, and compliance with PH labor law
  • Manage payroll, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee sales and new client acquisition
  • Work directly with international clients (US/UK/AU) on SLAs and growth
  • Build team culture, drive performance, and reduce attrition
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in BPO operations management in a leadership role
  • Proven experience handling up to 100 staff
  • HR, finance, and client/account management exposure
  • Strong track record in process creation and operational discipline
  • A builder mindset, comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
Compensation

Competitive package of ₱80,000–₱120,000 monthly depending on experience, plus benefits.
