Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation and coordination. Assist in monitoring expenses, preparing simple financial reports, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks. Process reimbursements, invoices, and other finance-related transactions. Maintain and organize business records and databases. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when needed. Provide general support to the management team in carrying out business operations. Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course (preferred but not required). With experience in admin, accounting, or office support roles is an advantage. Basic knowledge of finance processes is a plus. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Trustworthy, dependable, and willing to learn. Willing to work onsite in Marikina City #J-18808-Ljbffr
