Business Admin Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation and coordination.
- Assist in monitoring expenses, preparing simple financial reports, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Process reimbursements, invoices, and other finance-related transactions.
- Maintain and organize business records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Provide general support to the management team in carrying out business operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course (preferred but not required).
- With experience in admin, accounting, or office support roles is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of finance processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina City
