Head of Growth & Operations at EO Staff EO Staff helps entrepreneurs and business owners scale by providing highly trained Filipino Virtual Assistants. Our clients are U.S.-based entrepreneurs running fast-growing service businesses, and our mission is simple: help them buy back their time and scale smarter . We’re growing fast and need a strong Head of Growth & Operations to partner with our Founder in building the systems, team, and strategy that take us from 7 to 8 figures. This is a senior leadership role that owns revenue, marketing, operations, and profitability. You will be the Founder’s right hand, responsible for aligning sales performance, marketing execution, and delivery operations into one cohesive growth engine. What You’ll Do Growth, Sales, and Marketing Oversee the entire sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion and retention. Collaborate with U.S.-based closers and appointment setters to ensure lead flow, conversion tracking, and predictable revenue growth. Develop and execute the marketing plan, including content, paid ads, partnerships, and social media. Manage marketing KPIs, cost per lead (CPL), and ROI. Build and refine the sales playbook, pipeline dashboards, and weekly performance reports. Partner with the Founder to design one-to-many sales strategies such as webinars, partnerships, and referral programs. Operations and Delivery Lead the PH team responsible for client onboarding, success, and service delivery. Standardize and improve processes (SOPs) to ensure consistent client outcomes and efficiency. Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to meet client demand. Anticipate bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions before they reach the Founder’s desk. Finance and P&L Own the company’s profit and loss performance. Forecast revenue, costs, and staffing needs based on growth goals. Report weekly on revenue, margins, and retention metrics. Identify cost-saving and profit-improvement opportunities across departments. Leadership and Team Development Lead, coach, and develop the PH team across marketing, client delivery, and operations. Set clear KPIs and accountability rhythms such as daily huddles, weekly meetings, and dashboards. Act as the bridge between the Founder’s vision and the team’s execution. Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of leadership experience in BPO, outsourcing, agency, or SaaS environments. Proven track record in sales or marketing oversight, operations management, and P&L accountability. Experience managing remote teams of 10+ across functions. Strong CRM knowledge (Zoho, GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable with dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs. Excellent communication skills; can push back, prioritize, and execute fast. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure is still being built.
