We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marine Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. This unique role combines business development responsibilities with expertise in marine insurance broking to foster growth and deliver tailored solutions for our clients. Responsibilities (Mainly but not limited to:) Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine insurance sector to drive revenue growth. - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's portfolio, including marketing and client acquisition strategies. Marine Insurance Broking - Manage and grow a portfolio of marine insurance clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and retention. - Handle Fronting Arrangements and the respective Reinsurance support with the aim to offer competitive and reliable insurance cover to the clients, while complying with the applicable regulations. Client and Marketing Engagement - Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and meetings to promote the organization's services and expertise. - Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on marine insurance best practices and regulatory compliance.
