FINRA certification or relevant training is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Acceptable allied health courses include Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or Psychology. At least 1 year of experience handling international BPO healthcare accounts (inbound or outbound). Strong communication skills with solid knowledge of medical terminologies and proper pronunciation. At least 1 year experience in a BPO international accounts (healthcare insurance) setting handling metrics-driven (CSAT, QA, & AHT). Must demonstrate experience managing all three key performance metrics: Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
