We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and expand our client base in the BPO sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative BPO solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO industry to drive revenue growth. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added solutions. Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored BPO solutions that align with client objectives. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business. Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the BPO industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
