Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategies to grow the retail electricity and renewable energy portfolio.
Lead demand-generation campaigns and client acquisition for commercial and industrial markets.
Integrate regulatory frameworks (EPIRA, WESM, RCOA) into sales planning and client offers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with energy trading, regulatory, finance, and operations teams.
Represent the company at industry events and regulatory consultations to influence policy and build market presence.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, drive CRM usage, and ensure performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
8–10 years of experience in sales or business development, within the energy, utilities, or renewables sectors .
Strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer experience tools .
Proven track record in driving business results and navigating regulatory environments.
