Corporate Talent Acquisition Officer at Personal Collection

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts the Pre-Demand and Demand review with the Commercial Leaders.
  • Aligns Unconstrained Forecast to primary stakeholders such as the Commercial Field Leaders and Integrated Marketing, consolidating overrides to the forecast.
  • Collaborates with multi-functional teams—mainly Marketing and Supply Chain— to develop a consensus forecast, factoring in the overrides from the Commercial Team.
  • Cascades the Final Forecast including Branch split to the Commercial Team.
  • Measures the Forecast Accuracy performance of each product, brand and category across different regions & areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, management engineering, mathematics, statistics, marketing or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in demand planning, data analysis, sales & operations planning process.
  • Exhibited leadership role in Demand Planning.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP Systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and multi-tasking abilities.
