Overview

The Demand Planning Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the organization’s end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts and seamless alignment with commercial, marketing, and supply chain priorities. This role requires a strategic leader who can provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders, drive process improvements, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will not only oversee forecasting methodologies and tools but also mentor a team of demand planners to deliver excellence in demand planning across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead demand review and forecasting with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Own the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on forecast analysis.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentor and lead a team of demand planners, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in demand planning, S&OP, or supply chain management (FMCG/Retail preferred).
  • Proven leadership in managing demand planning teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, o9).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
