About the role We are seeking a talented Demand Planner to join our team at McKenzie Distribution Co., Inc. based in Libis Quezon City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain and inventory management processes. As the Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing sales data, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure we meet customer needs efficiently. What you'll be doing Collect, analyse and interpret sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand planning with broader business objectives Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform demand planning strategies Identify opportunities to improve forecasting models and inventory management processes Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate planning insights to stakeholders Provide recommendations to optimise inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, statistics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey planning insights Adaptable and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail Amenable to work on site at Libis Quezon City (Mon‑Fri) What we offer At McKenzie Distribution Co., Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
