Team Lead for Voice Support | Pioneer Account ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists focused on authorizations and credentialing Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure team members stay up to date on best practices, policies, and procedures Monitor team performance and provide feedback, ensuring high standards of accuracy and productivity Schedule and delegate daily tasks to ensure the timely processing of authorizations, credentialing, and claims Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, workflow improvements, and best practices Handle appointment scheduling and adjustments: book appointments based on client’s preferred schedule, make outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments, manage customer inquiries, and provide accurate product and service information Requirements 1-2 years of BPO experience in a Voice account At least 6 months of team lead/supervisory experience Healthcare account experience is an advantage Excellent verbal and written English skills Ability to multitask (taking calls and responding to emails) Organized and keen to details Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong (preferably residing near or within Mandaluyong) Amenable to working night shifts Benefits Competitive salary and benefits Health insurance with free dependents* 10% night differential Attendance bonus Paid time off Convertible to cash leave credits Performance appraisal Work-life balance A focus on growing your career path with us Encouragement to follow passions and learn new skills Our Commitment to You Strong culture and values-driven leadership Opportunities for learning and growth at any career stage Continuous learning and innovation Inclusive environment where everyone thrives Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
