Key Responsibilities As a Non-voice Agent, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, proactively and reactively handling queries and escalations. Your role will include: Responding to customers concerns and inquiries. Engaging with customers through live chat or email. Keeping customers informed by maintaining updates on new and ongoing tickets. Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions. Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking. About You To excel in this role, you should possess: Must have at least 6 months BPO experience (preferably Non-voice Account) Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent customer service and people skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability. The capability to prioritize quickly and remain unflustered in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in insurance or payments is preferred. Why Join Us?
