The Recruitment Specialist will report to the Program Manager and support the daily operations of a managed workforce recruitment program. We seek a recruitment professional with strong process knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience across the entire recruitment cycle. Experience with managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance is highly advantageous.

This role does not involve direct sourcing; instead, you will collaborate with recruitment agencies (vendors/suppliers) who will source candidates for you.

Assist hiring managers at all stages of contract labor acquisition, including requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and contractor management. Prepare insightful questions for requisition intake sessions, gather detailed job descriptions, and document these in the appropriate database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline). Use reports to manage open requisitions, advise managers on status, and monitor sourcing strategies to ensure timely responses. Set and manage expectations with hiring managers regarding timelines, feedback, roles, and responsibilities throughout the requisition process. Coach and oversee the performance of staffing suppliers. Document client/supplier issues and track resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor performance against SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance. Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports. Engage regularly with clients, staffing vendors, and partners. Candidates from recruitment agencies, in-house teams, MSP/Contingent Workforce Services, BPO, or RPO are welcome. Require 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within staffing, recruiting, or corporate HR, preferably in a global organization. Experience in Contingent Workforce/MSP is also considered if process-driven and compliance-focused. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken, at a business or native level. Experience or knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Highly organized, with strong follow-through and execution skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Capable of working under high pressure and independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Passionate, people-oriented, and committed to stakeholder engagement. A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
