  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain communication with applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication, employee relations, people management, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, candidate screening, and written/verbal communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, approachable, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving.
