Relationship Manager – Business Banking RCBC Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary Generate new commercial loans for the Bank, develop existing loan portfolio, cross‑sell bank products/services and provide professional account management to meet portfolio growth and profitability objectives while preserving asset quality. Establish, develop and maintain lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Market and deliver bank products within the bounds of Bank policies and relevant laws. Responsibilities Generate new commercial loans and develop existing loan portfolio. Cross‑sell bank products and services and provide professional account management to achieve portfolio growth and profitability. Market and deliver bank products within Bank policies and governing laws. Conduct credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections. Recommend establishment of credit facilities in accordance with Bank priorities and policies. Improve loan portfolio quality, maximizing return on resources. Solicit credit‑worthy accounts by identifying target markets and strategies, market bank products, and offering tailored financial packages. Develop existing portfolio by conducting an annual review of credit facilities and their suitability to current requirements. Expand and deepen relationships with prime accounts by soliciting availments, increasing deposits and collateral business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce. Post‑graduate degree (MBA, MA) preferred. Working knowledge of international and local trade payments/practices, rules and regulations, bank service policies and procedures. Experience in credit approval preparation and account profitability analysis. Two (2) years banking industry experience, or five (5) years experience in other industries. Proficient in basic MS Office applications. Marketing and presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills.
