YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Manage and grow client accounts, acting as their main point of contact
  • Support Australian campaigns by coordinating client requests and project needs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track client progress
  • Use CRM and PSA systems (including ConnectWise) to manage client activities

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will serve as the trusted point of contact for our Australian clients. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and engagement. You'll play a key role in understanding client needs, aligning solutions to their goals, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

What You'll Bring (Experiences):

  • 8+ years in account management, client relationship management, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven record of managing client portfolios and driving growth
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple international accounts while staying organized
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • IT or professional services experience is a plus
